THE Philippine Department of Transportation and the German Federal Ministry of Transport signed a letter of motive on Tuesday with an goal to reinforce maritime trade between the two international locations.

Odenwald said that the exchange extent recorded among the two countries in 2016 amounted to 5-billion Euros.
